Dain's Heads-Up
Young Dain II Ironfoot taking Azog's head clean off. The great goblin had long taken Moria, the once grand kingdom of the dwarves and turned it into the grim ruins of death. This Creature had slain many dwarves, including King Thror and Dain's father Nain. Dain wanted revenge, and as a young dwarf his victory over the orc lord was a moment of triumph for his kind... My piece for the Hobbit Drawing contest... Characters are my own based off of the names and writings of Tolkien.

AnniVs.Kenobi
This one is really one of my personal Favs. I actually drew this within my 10th year of highschool... It was just before Revenge of the Sith was released in theatres, and I was so stoked I drew this pic... In some ways of better quality than recent pics of mine. Reason being is that color has been a challenge for me, and since this picture I've only worked on color to evolve my work. Passion also has alot to do with the output, and 7 years experience will not always overthrow what that can do for a piece of any work. -I scanned the old drawings, and photshopped the sabers In.
-Also scaled kenobi's right hand Very slightly to match the other in size.

Three Redo

This is the third and final rendition of the brother, a version I'm much happier with. This version is a bit more villainous, but over all more accurate and of much higher quality.
-The original copy of this portrait was lost on my computer and I had to get a another taken, and though the focus is off a bit I'm lucky to at least have a copy.

Gobbles

My finishing touches on this redo went very wrong, a main issue when working with pen and attempting to erase once too far along. The eraser badly damaged the page and made the surface unworkable... I attempted to improvise, but the quality of shading and line work was Very sloppy. So I decided instead of tearing the page in frustration to poke fun at the situation. Here is Gobbles the fault fixer, makes all of your mistakes go away. Or covers them up poorly.

Tree Man
Pats Ports

My Most recent protrait done in pen, pencil and colored pencils... November 18th, 2010. Completed for a customer.
For the most part I'm happy with this one, but I definitely think that there could be improvement. The rendition of the girl is a bit aged, and is the weak point of this portrait. For every mistake we can learn, and I still posted this because there are certainly strong elements and passion here. Scans don't always do pencil portraits a justice.

Omen Numeral

My First Post, One I'm quite proud of actually. Drew him on the bus ride back from Midland Ontario To Windsor, quite a challenge on a bumpy ride at times. I thought him out well in advance before this stage, and planning really makes a difference.. A little somethin somethin of a story to go along with this foul cretin below....
Omen Numeral
During the hour of man’s doom, many of great and lesser minds sought preservation of their species, of life in general. True self defence would come not from might, but the mind. One mind in particular was that hope. Adalfrid Schafer; german by descent and genius by right. His dream was to create a way to recapture the lost of this world, and black hole replication was the key. Shaped like man, ‘Numeral’ was constructed. A hopeful host built with the duty of collecting life’s essence...
What it became was a monster, a vacuum of destruction; yet another cause to quicken man’s fall. Adalfrid was in every way broken from his failure, and so he took his own life which seemed to fulfill nothing but further doom... The fiendish puppet found his master’s corpse, admiring the form which had constructed him. With skills of demon like craft, the fiend built a suit of his master’s skeleton, even wearing the master’s skull like a mask with his genius brain as an encased helmet. Numeral became an omen, and so became Omen Numeral, scouring the land as a soul collector; endlessly feeding off a world full of lost spirits.
